Now behold, there was a man named
Zacchaeus sought to see who Jesus was....
Jesus saw him, and said to him,
“Zacchaeus, make haste and come down,
for today I must stay at your house.”
Luke 19:2-5
Zacchaeus was very much fascinated in seeking Jesus!
Instead of "One foot in sea and one on shore",
His focus to seek Jesus was high; No, No, he din't sigh.
He was searching for THE LIGHT;
Jesus said to him, “Zacchaeus, make haste and come down,
for today I must stay at your house."
The Supreme, sought-after treasure, Jesus himself called him.
So he would've jumped up joyfully like the deer
which panted for the water and found the fountain.
If our soul longs & seeks Jesus with all our mind,
He comes to stay with us as well.
