If your brother sins [against you], confront him about it,
and if he has a change of mind and heart, then forgive him.
Luke 17:3 (Holy Bible, The Voice)
If our brother (colleague) sins against us, it's good to rebuke (censure) him
in order to realize his mistake. But it is better and also our duty
to forgive (condone) him if he repents.
Our anger and attitude may be like current {AC- fluctuations /DC- No fluctuations}.
But forgiveness must play a significant role like Voltage.
Because Voltage (potential energy) decides the current flow.
Current (CHARACTER) DOES NOT EXIST without Voltage (FORGIVENESS).
