"Will my life stuck up/end, if I don't talk to him/her?" is the mind set of many. 

What is the use of praying on knees for hours

 when we have tons and tons of bitterness/hatred in our heart against others?

 Does anything that capable to stop love?

If Jesus Christ, the Son of God dwells in our heart by faith, 

we will grow deeper and stronger and be overfilled in love, 

and reflects all the dimensions of His loving nature in our actions.
