Everyone has strengths and flaws.
It is very important that we must obey to the higher authorities;
instead we should not justify ourselves by pointing out others' blemishes.
Be it a manager or minister or anyone with authority, they are appointed by God.
Standing against them is equal to standing against God Himself.
We need not be under fear but need to be humble.
