So at last the king gave orders for Daniel to be arrested and thrown into the den of lions. 

The king said to him, “May your God, whom you serve so faithfully, rescue you.”

Daniel 6:16 (Holy Bible, NLT)

As Daniel violated the order passed by the King, he was thrown into the lions' den. 

Though the King wished & tried to save him, he couldn't! 

Then he came to Daniel and declared, "May your God save you." 

Here, the King's faith is worth to be noted.

Though the crowd was happy & shouting around Daniel to take his life, 

the King's words might have encouraged him. How come the King has Faith in God? 

Surely it is Daniel's good behaviors and his faith in God also made the King to believe in God! 

What a great testimony! Let's learn from Daniel & live like him.
