about who would be the greatest among them."

When Jesus foretold about His death and the sufferings He was going to face,
then the disciples started to argue "who was the greatest among them".
They forgot the shepherd and got ready for the second leadership.
To say in the correct terms, "they were not getting ready but initiated a rivalry (fight)"
Though they heard many teachings from Jesus about humbleness,
they all had the love for the leadership & couldn't escape from that trap.
But Jesus corrected them then and there.
The same Lord who corrected them may correct us too and give us grace to be humble and bless us!
