TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING. .

"If you find honey, eat only what you need;
otherwise, you'll get sick from it and vomit."
Proverbs 25:16 (Holy Bible, CSB)


Natural honey is good for our health; it strengthens us,
 rejenuvates our skin and has many other medicinal values. 
Even such honey is dangerous to health if it is consumed in excess quantity. 
So, food-control in our diet is a good practice.

If such control is needed for honey, 
what about fat- filled feast (Biriyani) and tempting Parattha (Parotta)? 
So, "Let's eat healthy food and in a healthy way". 
May the Lord help us to stand strong in this decision of diet control.
