Moses’ father-in-law said, “This is no way to go about it.
You’ll burn out, and the people right along with you.
This is way too much for you—you can’t do this alone.

Moses, almost single handedly heeded to the complaints of the people
and gave solution and did justice for them.
When Moses' uncle saw this, he advised him to rectify his mistake of doing it alone.
Moses also listened to his advice and corrected his mistake.
We may commit mistakes even while helping others.
We need people to correct us and give good counsel.
When we analyze the advices and pick up the good ones and
correct our errors will take us to the ultimate heights of joy in our life.
Blaming the mistakes does nothing good.
Instead, pointing out the problem and giving solution will help to make the situation better.
