For three days Israel traveled in the desert without finding water.
When they came to Marah, they could not drink its water because it was bitter.
(That is why the place is called Marah.).
So the people grumbled against Moses, saying, “What are we to drink?”
Exodus 15:22-24 (Holy Bible, NIV)
The people of Israel murmured and complained among themselves without seeking God,
whenever they are in need; The deeply depressed forgot to fall in their knees before God.
Despite seeing wonders and miracles before their eyes, they failed to look unto the Lord.
The lack of faith that 'the one who led himself out of Egypt will lead the whole way' sowed
the seeds of hostility and paved way for murmuring.
Therefore, let us pray to the Heavenly Father that the faith on God may grow in us day by day.
Those who believe without seeing are more blessed than
those who do not believe even after seeing; The kingdom is theirs.

Amen
